How to measure

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.

  • Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.

  • Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.

  • Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

  • *Hint: For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your underwear.

How to measure?

Accurately measuring your body sizes is essential to find the perfect fit for your sportswear at Joiefit. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to measure yourself to find the right fit.

Bust/Chest Measurement

To measure your bust or chest, wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust or chest, ensuring that the tape is straight and parallel to the ground. Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Waist Measurement

To measure your waist, locate the narrowest part of your waist, typically above your belly button and below your ribcage. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, making sure it's snug but not too tight. Record the measurement.

Hip Measurement

To measure your hips, stand with your feet together and wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape is parallel to the ground. Note down the measurement.

Inseam Measurement

You'll need to measure your inseam for pants, leggings, or shorts. Stand with your legs slightly apart and measure from the top of your inner thigh to your ankle. This measurement will help you determine the appropriate length for your bottoms.

Torso Measurement

If you're interested in purchasing a jumpsuit, measure your torso length. Start at the top of your shoulder and measure down the front of your body, following the contour of your torso to the desired size for the jumpsuit.

Arm Length Measurement

For long-sleeve tops or jackets, measuring your arm length is essential. Extend your arm to the side and measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist bone. This measurement will help you determine the sleeve length that suits you best.
